I hope you are well. I had an email from Paul at the Sash Window & Door Company asking for a reference, so I just wanted to write a quick email to say that they come highly recommended by me.
I did an incredible amount of research (I looked at five different companies) before committing to these guys. Not just in regards to price, but also to workmanship and general good taste. The guys there are amazing and very professional. I’ve had absolutely no problems with the windows they fitted and it was a rather epic job, with huge, very heavy windows in a Victorian house. I was over the moon with their respect for the period features when suggesting styles of frame as well.
I cannot recommend these guys enough. I’ve already recommended them to a couple of friends and I shall, in fact, be contacting them again in the spring, to get new windows fitted for all my basement windows and doors, as well.

I just wanted to say what a great job you have done for us in getting everything sorted and dome on schedule and with the highest level of professionalism. Ted has also been absolutely fantastic this week, turning up early each day and working tirelessly to get everything finished, He really has been great in coming and going independently while we haven’t been there and leaving everything in great order. It really does reassure you in this current climate where so few people turn up on time or do the job they are supposed to.
